Clint Bost began their career in 2012 as a Landscaper for Bost Landscaping. In 2022, they joined Safewaze as a Testing Lab Coordinator and Product Intern. Clint then took on the role of Operations Intern, where they worked on a LEAN event for the Mechanical Department, interacted and had multiple meetings with supervisors about current production flow and layout, had to understand workflow and operator steps, worked with a team to better allocate resources for smoother production, looked into solutions of eliminating different forms of waste, worked closely with a LEAN consultant to create a labeled floor plan of the current and new state of the department, and created a new layout that had smoother production with two production lines. Clint also worked in the Mechanical Production Department, where they built retractables, read and understood work orders and due dates, understood product and item numbers, boxed and correctly labeled shipping and serial numbers, and loaded onto pallets and took them to the shipping department.

Clint Bost is currently enrolled at Guilford College, where they are expected to complete a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in the same field, by 2023.
