Leandro Lima is an experienced Cyber Security Manager at SAFEWAY since November 2018, overseeing SOC management, engineering, MSSP, and cybersecurity projects, with expertise in SIEM management using IBM QRadar, firewall management, endpoint security, cloud security, and compliance with ISO27001 standards. Previously, Leandro served as a Senior Information Security Consultant, leading SOC teams and interacting with clients to resolve security issues, as well as a Junior Information Security Consultant focused on applying information security best practices based on ISO27001 to mitigate organizational risks. Before joining SAFEWAY, Leandro worked as a Field Technical Support Analyst at Stefanini, providing technical support in a multinational company, and as a Call Center Technical Support Supervisor at Sitel, managing a team of over 25 staff. Leandro holds a specialization in Cyber Security from Universidade Cruzeiro do Sul and a degree in Computer Networking from Anhanguera Educacional.
