Ruth Hamilton is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager at Shield Restraint Systems, Inc. since April 2009, Ruth has also held the roles of Engineering Team Lead and Applications Engineer within the same company. Prior experience includes positions as Project Engineer and Product Development Engineer at Continental from 2001 to 2009, and as Product Engineer at CTS Automotive Products from 1999 to 2001. Ruth Hamilton obtained a degree from Western Michigan University.
