Lori Pallo, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Manager at Shield Restraint Systems, Inc. since September 2020. Prior to this role, Lori Pallo accumulated over 22 years of experience at Unifrax I LLC, where responsibilities included serving as a Human Resources Business Partner, Human Resource Assistant & Wellness Coordinator, and Production Operator. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology, completed in 2012, and a Certificate in Marketing from the same institution, obtained in early 2021.
