Kristen Janes has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University. Kristen has worked at Marsh as an Account Manager from July 2006 to August 2014, before joining Safety National. At Safety National, Kristen has held various roles including Specialist, Underwriting Operations Analyst, Manager - Underwriting Operations, and currently serves as the Senior Manager Insurance Operations.
