Marlon Perez is an experienced professional in the aquatic and customer service sectors, currently serving as the General Manager at SafeSplash Swim Schools since March 2015, with previous roles as a swim instructor/coach, Assistant General Manager, and Manager on Duty. Prior experience includes working at Petco from April 2019 to July 2021 as a Guest Advisor, Aquatics Specialist, and Merchandise Ops Specialist. Marlon also contributed to the Project MORE Foundation, Inc. as the Manager of Outreach and as a volunteer from May 2013 to December 2016. Marlon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from San Jose State University and two Associate of Arts degrees in Communication and Media Studies from Evergreen Valley College and San Jose City College.
