Helen Woodrow is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as the ATM Service Development Lead and Integrated Airspace Program Lead at Airservices Australia since August 2021. Helen supports the integration of UAS and AAM into Australian airspace through the Integrated Airspace Program. Additionally, since September 2020, Helen acts as a strategic advisor to SafeScore, a technology startup. Prior roles include Senior Consultant at Olio Consulting, where Helen led Total Airport Management initiatives at Dubai International Airport and engaged in airport strategic planning. Helen's extensive background includes serving as VP Forecasting and Research at Dubai Airports, where responsibilities encompassed traffic forecasting, facility master planning, and operational planning for one of the world's busiest airports. Earlier experiences include various leadership positions at Serco and a decade as an Air Traffic Controller at Airways New Zealand. Helen holds a BSc from the University of Canterbury and further education from Massey University.
