Leah-Maria Sophie Rott is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and coaching. Since April 2021, Rott has served as the Co-Founder and Managing Director at saferspaces. Previously, from April 2019 to December 2023, Rott worked as a Coach at Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (sdw) gGmbH, focusing on educational development. Rott's project management expertise was honed during tenure at opencampus.sh from June 2016 to December 2023, where various leadership roles were undertaken. Earlier experience includes providing family and study consultancy at Familien Service Büro between September 2012 and November 2014, and serving as a Host at STIFTINGA UTLADALEN NATURHUS in 2010. Rott began a career in production supervision at Motorola Solutions from January 2007 to February 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Bremen and a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies and Geography from Kiel University.
