Carolina Lora, PHR, has extensive work experience in human resources, recruitment, and data analysis. Carolina began their career as a Data Analyst in the United States Air Force, where they gathered and analyzed aircraft maintenance data. Carolina then moved on to work as a Recruiter and Training Coordinator for the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce. After that, they worked as a Professional Recruiter for CareerSource Pinellas, sourcing and interviewing candidates for various industries. Carolina also planned and facilitated professional networking meetings and recruited guest speakers. Carolina later joined the US Air Force Reserve, where they served as a Maintenance Data Analyst, Equal Opportunity Advisor, and Director of Equal Opportunity. In these roles, they managed databases, provided statistical reports, and ensured compliance with equal opportunity policies. Carolina'smost recent position was at SafePoint Insurance Company, where they started as a Corporate Recruiter and then progressed to Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Manager, and ultimately Human Resources Director. In these roles, they had oversight and developmental responsibility for various aspects of corporate HR, including payroll, recruitment, benefits, compliance, personnel management, and policy development. Carolina also implemented HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy and measured the performance of subordinates.

Carolina Lora, PHR, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Technology Management from Saint Leo University, which they completed in 2008. Carolina also holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Human Services from the Community College of the Air Force, completed in 2016. Prior to that, Carolina obtained an Associate's Degree in Maintenance Production Management from the Community College of the Air Force in 2006. In 2002-2003, they attended St. Petersburg College to take General Education Classes.

In addition to their formal education, Carolina Lora has obtained various certifications. In 2021, they earned a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Carolina also holds a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI, obtained in 2020. Furthermore, Carolina completed a Mediation Course from the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute in 2015.
