Glenn Howard possesses extensive experience in management roles within high-volume retail environments, currently serving as District Manager at Safelite AutoGlass since March 2018. In this position, Glenn develops and communicates sales and operations plans to enhance market share and brand awareness while monitoring performance metrics. Prior to Safelite, Glenn held the role of Regional Service Director, focusing on operational processes and capacity optimization. Glenn's previous experience includes serving as District Manager at Rent-A-Center, where leadership and relationship management were pivotal, as well as at RadioShack, overseeing multiple locations and facilitating the development of store managers. Glenn holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the CUNY School of Professional Studies.
