Richard Murphy has an extensive background in facility management, currently serving as a Facility Manager at Safeguard Properties since July 2004, where responsibilities include directing daily operations. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions including Facilities Manager at Public Storage from January 1998 to July 2004 and Property Manager at Marriott International from January 1983 to June 1998. Richard began the professional journey as a Banquet Server and is an alumnus of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where studies were completed from 1979 to 1983, following education at Evergreen Park High School.
