Eric Pendley has extensive experience in operational leadership within the construction and planning sectors. Currently serving as VP of Western Operations at SAFEbuilt since June 2007, Pendley has progressed through various roles, including Regional Director of Operations and Colorado Operations Manager, showcasing a strong command of operational management. Previously, Pendley held the position of Assistant Building, Planning, and Zoning Director at Independence Township from February 2000 to June 2007, demonstrating a solid foundation in building and zoning regulations.
