Cynthia Brosque has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Cynthia currently works as an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford University School of Engineering since April 2023, where they previously served as a Course Instructor from January 2021 to April 2023. In 2022, they joined SafeAI, Inc. as a Product Manager.

From 2017 to 2022, Cynthia worked at CIFE - Center for Integrated Facility Engineering as a Research Assistant. Cynthia'sresponsibilities included evaluating the impact of construction robots on safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Cynthia also participated in field tests and collaborated with Stanford Robotics Lab to design new robot solutions for construction tasks.

Before that, Cynthia was an Architect and Project Manager at Graetz Nunez Architects from October 2016 to June 2017. Cynthia'sduties involved coordinating bidding and design proposals for bank branch offices and managing budgets and change orders. Cynthia also worked as a Teaching Assistant at Universidad ORT Uruguay from March 2016 to December 2016, mentoring students on their final architecture projects.

In 2015, Cynthia interned as a Construction Intern at WSW - Weiss Sztryk Weiss, where they integrated field QA/QC and design reviews. This internship was awarded to their based on a project contest at Universidad ORT. From June 2013 to August 2014, they served as a Structural Designer at NHD Arquitectos, focusing on structural design, calculation, and documentation of various building systems.

Cynthia Brosque began their education journey in 2011 at Universidad ORT Uruguay, where they pursued a degree in Architecture from 2011 to 2016. In 2014, they also had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester at Universidad Diego Portales in Santiago, Chile, as part of an exchange program awarded by Universidad ORT.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Cynthia pursued further education at Stanford University. From 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Master's degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, with a specialization in Sustainable Design and Construction. Building upon this foundation, Cynthia continued their academic pursuits at Stanford and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from 2018 to 2022.
