Derek Shane is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the home improvement sector. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Safe Step Walk-In Tub since April 2021, Derek oversees in-home sales for walk-in bathtubs and safety showers across eight US states and all of Canada. Prior to this role, Derek spent over 12 years at Home Depot in various leadership positions, culminating as Regional General Manager for the Pac Mountain Desert region, managing a wide array of home services products, and leading a large sales team across multiple states. Derek's earlier experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at RGD Industries Inc., where responsibilities encompassed sales, marketing, and operations for custom gaming tables.
