Carson Lam is a seasoned software developer with over a decade of experience in the tech industry. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Safe Software since January 2012, Carson has specialized in developing integrations with various spatial data formats and cloud services, utilizing expertise in Python. Prior roles include Database Administrator at Vancouver Coastal Health, where Carson designed and developed Microsoft Access databases for epidemiological studies, and Academic Assistant at the Sauder School of Business at UBC, focusing on software development for text processing. Early career experience includes software development positions at Research In Motion and Ayogo, Inc., along with a significant contribution as a Student Developer during the Google Summer of Code.
