The Program and Project Management team at Safe Passages is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various initiatives that support children, youth, and families, particularly those in vulnerable populations. This team ensures the successful planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects and programs across the City of Oakland, the County of Alameda, and the Oakland Unified School District (OUSD). They collaborate with different stakeholders, including community-based partners and philanthropic organizations, to align goals and maximize impact.
