Jess Britt is an accomplished independent consultant currently leading Jess Britt Consulting, focusing on helping senior leaders develop strategic plans and foster data-driven organizational cultures. Jess has served as a Coaching for Leaders Fellow and Board Chair for Safe Passage/Camino Seguro, overseeing governance for an educational NGO in Guatemala. Previously, Jess held multiple senior roles at Year Up, including Senior Director of Research & Evaluation, where strategic leadership and innovation in research practices significantly enhanced program delivery. Jess's earlier experience includes project management and financial oversight at Tetra Tech and development coordination for Safe Passage. Jess holds a B.A. in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College and a Graduate Certificate in Program Monitoring and Evaluation from American University.
