Lidia Maestre Zarzo has a diverse work experience starting in 2011. Lidia worked as an International Trade Specialist at Faus International Flooring and as an Assistant Export/Import at Vitrans Group Internacional. From 2012 to 2014, they served as the International Office Coordinator of Outgoing Students & Researcher at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), where they conducted research on linguistic tourism markets and managed marketing campaigns. Lidia also worked as Marketing and Social Media Manager at Juan Castro Marketing TurÃstico, implementing social media strategies for tourist destinations and luxury stores. In 2014, they co-founded Dinámica Digital, where they managed digital projects for clients, including strategic marketing, online communication, and content creation. Lidia then worked at Inmoking Real Estate as a Social Media Manager. From 2015 to 2017, they held multiple roles, including the position of Marketing, Communication & Social Media Manager at Booking Hello, a travel agency, and Online Reputation & Digital Marketing Manager at Exclusive Traveler Club, a loyalty program within the Catalonia Hotels & Resorts group. Currently, since December 2017, they are the Marketing Director at Safe Load Testing Technologies, overseeing the direction of the Marketing and Communication department.
Lidia Maestre Zarzo's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. Lidia obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) in International Tourism Management and Consultancy from Breda University of Applied Sciences, with a major in International Marketing, from 2009 to 2011. Lidia also completed a Diploma in Tourism, specializing in Tourism Planning and Development, at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) from 2005 to 2009.
Additionally, Lidia pursued further education at UPV, completing a Master's degree in CALSI - Digital Communication and Online Marketing with a major in Social Media from 2012 to 2013. Lidia also obtained a Master's in Business Administration from Escuela de Negocios - Cámara Valencia in 2010.
More recently, Lidia engaged in a Neuromarketing specialization at UPV, which they completed in April 2023. Lidia also earned certifications in Neuromarketing and Consumer Behavior (May 2021) and Marketing Digital (June 2015) from Máster Marketing UPV and IAB Spain, respectively.
In terms of their involvement in academic events, Lidia was a member of the Organizing Committee for the EUROCALL congress held at the Polytechnic University of Valencia in September 2009. Additionally, they served on the Organizing Committee for the Comunica 2.0 Congress: III University Congress on social networks at UPV in February 2013.
