Mansour Alhaqbani is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in managing IT services and solutions, currently serving as the Head of IT Services and Solutions at SAFE I since January 2022. Previously, Mansour held key positions including Applications Manager at KAFD, Enterprise Applications Manager at the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, and Enterprise Services and Solutions Manager for Oracle ERP at Tamkeen Technologies. With a solid foundation in Oracle ERP management and application development, Mansour has successfully led various projects, including the Oracle iProcurement Project at the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs and developed critical systems at Saline Water Conversion Corporation. Mansour holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science from King Saud University.
