Danny Stewart has a diverse work experience in the social work field. Danny started in 1994 at GMHC, where they worked as a Clinical Case Manager/Supervisor and Assistant Coordinator of Mental Health Services. In 2000, they joined Hetrick-Martin Institute as an Assistant Director of Clinical Services. Danny then moved on to Safe Horizon, where they held various roles including Director of HIV & AIDS Services, Director of Operations, and Director of Operations & Finance. Currently, they are an Adjunct Instructor at Hunter College, teaching a foundation social work course. Throughout their career, Danny has gained experience in grant management, financial forecasting, program development, and clinical supervision.
