Jessica Bilcliff is a seasoned Development Manager at Safe Harbor, where responsibilities include managing development, communications, and volunteer strategies to further the agency's mission. With a focus on donor cultivation and retention, Jessica has successfully created and implemented comprehensive fundraising programs and cultivated relationships with existing and potential donors.
