Charlotte Alston Legg has had a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Charlotte began their career as a Senior Consultant at Kepner-Tregoe where they sold, designed and delivered training and development for corporations in the New England states, with special emphasis on key process skills required for success. Later, they worked as Director of Card Marketing and Product Development at American Express where they managed partnerships with big players in the travel industry such as Delta Airlines, Sheraton, Hilton, and Marriott. Charlotte then transitioned to Strategies LLC as a Strategy and Marketing Consultant where they acted as a strategic advisor to for-profit and non-profits and specialist in developing innovation in the way organizations engage their partners. Charlotte returned to Safe Conversations LLC as a Director of Training and Engagement and later served as a Senior Director of Engagement and Interim Leader and Senior Director of Strategic Programming and Partnerships. Their role as Senior Director involved creating a global expansion strategy to equip community leaders to train and facilitate the innovative relationship methodology, Safe Conversations®, and building infrastructure to support Safe Conversations leaders. Charlotte's current role is with Strategies LLC as a Strategic Impact Consultant with a focus on facilitating connections, creating programs and guiding impact for global creative impact projects, and working with the Foundation for Women to develop sustainable relationships and collaborative partnerships in Liberia and across Africa.
Charlotte Alston Legg has a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts degree from Davidson College. Additionally, they completed the Safe Conversations Leadership Training Program from Relationships First in June 2015 and was a graduate and cohort member of the Fundraising Master Class from Raising Change Inc. (exact month and year unknown).
