Gacheru Mwaura is an experienced professional in operations and business management, currently serving as the Enterprise Channels Operations Manager at Safaricom PLC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Gacheru held various positions at NCBA Group, including Ecosystem Lead for B2B Digital Business and Sales Operations Manager for Digital Business from September 2019 to July 2022. Gacheru's career began at Barclays Bank where roles included Corporate Manager's Assistant, Business Customer Advisor, and Customer Advisor from February 2005 to March 2012. Previous experience also includes serving as a Relationship Manager for Small & Medium Enterprises at CBA Group from April 2012 to August 2019.
