Megan Cross is an experienced professional in instructional design and learning management, currently serving as an Instructional Systems Designer at Safal Partners since July 2023. Prior to this role, Megan spent nearly three years at Oracle, where positions included Learning Manager and Senior Learning Designer. From 2011 to 2020, Megan held various roles at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, culminating in the Associate Director position, after progressing through roles such as Assistant Director of Student Support Services and Tutoring and Special Projects Coordinator. Additionally, Megan has experience as a freelance writer and editor, as well as roles in education with the UMKC Writing Studio and UMKC Upward Bound. Megan's early career included managing operations at the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge. Academic achievements include a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and dual Bachelor of Arts in English with a Creative Writing emphasis and Communication Studies with a Journalism emphasis, all obtained from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
