Rafael Lucato Vanzelli is currently the Plant Manager and Operations Manager at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. since June 2022, specializing in Manufacturing and Process Engineering. Rafael has extensive experience at Schaeffler from April 2004 to May 2022, holding positions such as Manufacturing Manager, Lead Project Manager, Value Stream Manager, Industrial Engineering Manager, and Production Sector Leader. Prior to Schaeffler, Rafael worked at Rolls-Royce as a Production Planner from August 2002 to March 2004 and began a career at Alstom as a Student Trainee from August 2000 to July 2002. Rafael holds a degree in Mechanical Production Engineering from FEI, completed in June 2002.
