Keith Belevender has extensive experience in quality and operations management. Keith currently holds the position of Vice President Operations (Americas) at SAF-HOLLAND Inc., where they are responsible for stabilizing plant quality teams, improving occupational safety, and reducing costs. Prior to this role, Keith served as Vice President HSEQ (Americas) at the same company, leading the HSEQ functions and achieving a 25% improvement in quality performance.

Before joining SAF-HOLLAND Inc., Keith worked at TI Automotive as the Director of Quality - Global Operations and Director of Quality - North America Operations. In these roles, they oversaw quality operations for numerous manufacturing sites worldwide and achieved significant reductions in customer critical quality escapes.

Keith also gained experience at Faurecia, where they held the position of Director of Quality - North America Operations and Director of Quality/New Model Programs. Keith successfully launched the Faurecia Excellence Quality System, resulting in improved quality disciplines and reduced PPM rates.

Additionally, Keith worked at Visteon as a Regional Quality Manager and at Ford Motor Company in various operations and quality management roles.

Keith Belevender has a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Industrial Engineering from Central Michigan University, which they obtained from 1985 to 1989. Keith also holds a Master of Science Administration (MSA) degree in Industrial Engineering from the same university, earned from 1990 to 1993. In addition, they have undergone Environmental Management Training at the University of Findlay, Findlay Ohio. Keith has also obtained a certification in Quality Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2020.
