Patrick Gray possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and customer service management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance and Customer Service Manager at SAE Power Company since March 2008. Prior to this role, Patrick was the Manager of Quality Assurance at Hydrogenics Corporation, where key achievements included the introduction of a new management system and obtaining ISO 9001:2000 certification. At PRINTERA Corporation, Patrick successfully directed the company to achieve ISO 9001:2000 certification within ten months, while also managing the Quality Assurance Department. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Business Operations at Quest Management Services and a lengthy tenure at IBM Canada Ltd., where significant contributions included the introduction of a new quality assurance program and obtaining ISO certification. Patrick holds diplomas in Industrial Management and Mechanical Technology from Ryerson University.
