Roro Cindyga currently serves as a Lean Manufacturing Engineer at Sae-A Trading Co., Ltd since October 2020, focusing on 5'S coordination and auditing across all areas, including monitoring issue resolution and facilitating weekly Gemba walks with the General Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Service Specialist at PT VADS Indonesia, where Roro addressed customer inquiries for the PT Shopee Indonesia project, and an internship at Pengadilan Negeri Cilacap, handling civil case registrations. Roro holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Hukum Ekonomi Syariah from Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Purwokerto, completed in 2019.
