Kathy Van der Elst is an experienced professional in languages, communication, and training, with a career spanning several roles since 1988, including ownership and management of ZIN, which serves as a space for meetings and events. Currently, Kathy is affiliated with Smart Belgium, providing training and workshops in French and Dutch aimed at various professionals. Additional roles include language coaching at Sadinter and developing French language courses at COMENSIA, along with creating educational materials for diverse audiences. Kathy also contributed to communication development for the contemporary art center FRAC in Dutch. Kathy's recent endeavor includes organizing a soul food writing workshop under ZIN around the world.
