Mike Jacobs has over two decades of experience in technology and software development, with a strong focus on mobile applications, UI/UX design, and front-end development. Currently serving as the Team Lead of Mobile Applications at Saddleback Church since 2016, Mike has excelled in overseeing an international team using React Native, enhancing project efficiency through best practices. Previously, as the Lead UI/UX Architect & Engineer, Mike contributed significantly to the Church Management Platform's redevelopment. Mike's earlier roles include Lead Front End Developer/Web Director at Gospel for Asia, where Mike led a high-performing team, and POS Development Team Lead at Lakeshore Learning Materials, where operational challenges were successfully addressed. Additionally, experience as a Helpdesk Analyst at Starbucks laid foundational skills in support roles. Mike is a Bachelor of Science candidate in Computer and Information Sciences at UC Irvine, with further education from Adaptive Path and the Python Software Foundation.
