Muhammad Raacikh Asghar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and project leadership, currently serving as Manager Cards at SadaPay since December 2020. Key achievements include leading the successful migration of SadaPay's ACS with WIBMO & Entersekt, resulting in significant monthly savings, and managing a large department of over 80 personnel as Experience Manager. With a strong background in recruitment and training, Muhammad implemented initiatives that effectively scaled the customer experience team. Prior to SadaPay, Muhammad held the position of Public Affairs Communication Intern at Coca-Cola CCI. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Media Studies from Lahore School of Economics and GCE O & A Levels from SICAS.
