Visoth Chea has diverse work experience spanning over several years. Visoth began their career as a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) from 1991 to 1994. From 1995 to 1998, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Oracle Corporation. Visoth then joined J.D. Power and Associates as the Director of Database Systems from 1998 to 2000.

In 2001, Visoth became the Director of Process and Project Management at Edmunds.com, where they managed a team and delivered projects ranging from $1-$2 million. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Program Manager at The Designory, managing a portfolio of technical and front-end interactive projects for Nissan North America.

Next, they worked at Genex as a Program Manager from 2009 to 2011, followed by a role as VP, PMO and Operations Director at The Garage Team Mazda from 2011 to 2016. In this position, they created a Project Management Office (PMO) and developed project managers and coordinators.

From 2016 to 2019, Visoth worked as the PMO Director at Blytheco, heading the Project Management Office and establishing PMO standards and processes for ERP, HRMS/HCM, and CRM practices. Visoth is currently serving as the Head of Project Management at SADA, An Insight company, where they lead the Project Management team on Google Workspace projects and manages a multi-million dollar professional services/consulting portfolio. Visoth is also responsible for hiring, developing, and mentoring project managers.

Visoth Chea holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from USC Marshall School of Business, which they obtained from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Wayne State University between 1986 and 1991. In addition to their degrees, Chea has obtained various certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2020 and the Smartsheet Product Certified User certification in November 2019. Visoth also holds certifications in Scrum Master (SMC) from the Scrum Alliance in 2008 and completed training in preventing workplace harassment. Chea has also pursued multiple certifications focused on diversity, inclusion, and cross-cultural communication through LinkedIn.
