Hollie Blagg, EMBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Maile Rayne Imports, Hollie is also a Senior Principal at SADA, focusing on strategic partnerships. As the founder and CEO of One Mantra Consulting, Hollie specializes in guiding small businesses through growth and digital transformation. Previous roles include COO of the Michigan Small Business Development Center, Hybrid IT Executive at Open Systems Technologies, and managerial positions at KPMG US, Spectrum Health, and Sprint. Hollie holds an Executive MBA from Grand Valley State University and is pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University.
