David Kidd is an experienced project manager specializing in evidence-informed large-scale systems and culture change. Currently serving as the Head of Policy & Engagement at Sacro since December 2022, David also contributes as a Board Member at the Centre for Service Excellence, University of Edinburgh Business School. David has held key roles in Homeless Network Scotland, including Improvement Lead and Change Lead, where efforts focused on enhancing organizational approaches to improvement and leading initiatives to combat homelessness in Scotland. As a Director at consult-pd.uk, David provided business analysis and project management consultancy services, while prior roles at All In and Glasgow Homelessness Network involved consulting, training, and project coordination aimed at improving policy and practice through community engagement.
