Connor B Hartgraves has held various roles throughout their career. Connor B started as a Student Telecom Technician at Sacred Heart University in March 2013 and advanced to become a Level 2 Telecom Technician in December 2014. From October 2018 to January 2020, they served as Assistant to the President at the university. Connor B then transitioned to the role of Manager for HR and Information Systems from January 2020 to April 2021. Following this, they held the position of Director of Compensation and Information Systems from April 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Executive Director of Compensation, HRIS, & Payroll at Sacred Heart University. In addition to their work at the university, Connor is also the Managing Member of Hartgraves Properties LLC, a role they have held since August 2016.

Connor B Hartgraves has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from Sacred Heart University, which they earned from 2012 to 2018. Connor B also holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and Investment Management from the same university, obtained from 2018 to 2020. In addition, they completed a Master of Professional Studies degree in Human Resource Management from Georgetown University, attending from 2023 to 2025. Connor has also obtained certifications, including a Certificate in Compensation Studies from eCornell in 2022 and a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online in 2019.
