Tobi Lutz, SPHR, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as an Investor for Sacramento Angels and as a member of the Board of Directors for CREtelligent, Tobi has held multiple roles at CREtelligent since October 2019, including Chief Administrative & Experience Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Prior experience includes working as Vice President of Human Resources at CoreLogic, where Tobi was instrumental in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, and earlier roles at Macy's West Division overseeing HR functions for numerous store locations. Tobi holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication Studies and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Organizational Communication Studies and Industrial Psychology from California State University-Sacramento, along with a certificate from Kellogg Executive Education focused on customer-centric organizational practices.
