Dan Koellen has extensive experience in both educational and entrepreneurial roles. Currently a member and board member at Sacramento Angels, Dan serves as President and Chairman of the Board. At CleanStart Sacramento, Dan contributes as a board member, and has chaired the La Follette High School Board of Visitors since September 2015, advocating for La Follette High School. Dan has held various positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, including Chair of the Astronomy Department Board of Visitors and Alumnus Advisor for the Applied Mathematics, Engineering and Physics Program. As Principal at White Star Enterprises and Co-founder and Co-chair of La Follette Capital Fund, Dan showcases a strong commitment to business and community engagement. Additional board memberships include the Great Race Foundation and Hacker Lab. Dan holds a BS in Applied Math Engineering and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MS in Engineering and Applied Science from Southern Methodist University.
