Rashed A. is an experienced professional in the field of academic affairs, currently serving as the Assistant Cultural Attaché of Academic Affairs at the Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission since April 2019. Rashed has held the position of Director of Academic Affairs at the Ministry of Education since January 2010. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Contracting for the King Abdullah Project for Education Development (TATWEER) from January 2008 to December 2009, and working as a secretary and investigator in the Personnel Affairs Department at Ohio University from 1990 to 1991. Rashed holds a Master of Arts in Education (MA, EDU) and a Master of Science in Educational Evaluation and Research (MS) from Ohio University, where studies took place from 1993 to 1996.
