Drew Piers has a diverse work experience. Drew started their career at the Executive Office of the Governor as a Policy Intern, where they reviewed rules created by state agencies and assessed their potential impact. Drew also worked to streamline the process for constituents to provide input and helped draft executive orders. Drew then joined Sachs Media as a Public Affairs Associate, specializing in planning and executing issue-based campaigns. Drew developed strategic messaging through various media channels to influence key audiences. Drew later became the Deputy Director of Public Affairs, continuing their work on regional and statewide campaigns. Drew then served as a Partner and Director of Campaigns, responsible for managing and directing campaigns. Currently, they are a Partner and Managing Director at Sachs Media, holding a leadership role in the company. In addition to their professional roles, Drew is also an Adjunct Professor at Florida State University.

Drew Piers has a Master's Degree in Applied American Politics and Policy from Florida State University, which was obtained from 2015-2017. They also have a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Public Relations and Political Science from the same university, which was obtained from 2010-2014.
