Francis Hogan is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Culinary Director at Sabio Hospitality Group since August 2023, Francis has been a vital part of Sabio on Main as Executive Chef and Founding Partner since May 2015, specializing in seasonally driven California cuisine, artisan cocktails, and an award-winning wine list. Previous roles include Executive Chef at Bluestem Brasserie from August 2011 to May 2015, Executive Chef at Soluna Cafe & Lounge from November 2009 to July 2011, Sous Chef at Farallon in 2008-2009, and Executive Chef at Ibiza Dinner Club from January 2007 to April 2008. Francis also held the position of Chef/Owner at 1601 Restaurant/Bar from April 2004 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Drexel University and a Culinary Arts/Chef Training certification from Gloucester County Institute of Technology.
