Adrian Gibbs has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Adrian began their career as an Associate Producer for South Florida Journal in 2012. Adrian then worked as an Online Producer for Nightly Business Report where they edited and encoded video clips, researched and wrote metadata, and posted content to the website.

In 2012, Adrian took on the role of Creative Media Developer at Flegelbros.com, followed by being a Writer and Founder of TheNewWorshipLeader.com from 2010 to 2012.

Adrian then transitioned into a Travel Specialist position at Carnival Cruise Lines in 2013 and later became the Creative Director at Hope Fellowship from 2012 to 2017.

Adrian also worked as a Compliance Manager at Landmark Management Services from 2014 to 2017 before joining Ultimate Software in 2017. At Ultimate Software, they held various roles including Rapid Response Professional, Senior Rapid Response Professional, Services Specialist, Post-Live, and Services Specialist II, Employee Learning.

Adrian then moved to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and took on the roles of Services Specialist II, Capacity Planning, Team Lead, Workforce Optimization, and Manager, FLEX Workforce Optimization Team, where they led a team of consultants and HR generalists.

Currently, Adrian is working as an HCM Delivery Consultant at Sability, where they support clients throughout the implementation process, focusing on transformation and change management.

Adrian Gibbs has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Multimedia Journalism from Florida Atlantic University, which was obtained from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended Broward College from 2008 to 2010, where they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree. Adrian's education history does not include any information about their involvement with Fordham University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Adrian Gibbs has also obtained a certification in Fundamental Payroll from the American Payroll Association in April 2019.
