Bryan Abudho has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Bryan started their career at the Ministry of Finance in 2012 as a Finance Executive, where they were responsible for tasks such as bank reconciliation and calculation of taxes.
In 2013, they joined East Africa Breweries (EABL) as a Territory Manager, where they developed and implemented a territory trade marketing plan to achieve brand, volume, and merchandising objectives. Bryan also ensured distribution objectives and executed merchandising programs.
Afterward, Abudho worked at WOW Beverages from 2016 to 2017 as a Route to Market/Area Manager for Kenya and Uganda. Here, they focused on building a world-class route-to-consumer system, optimizing salesforce effectiveness, distributor management, and demand forecasting.
In 2017, they joined Campari Group as a National Key Account Manager, where they oversaw distribution operations and provided strategic leadership to achieve revenue targets. Bryan represented the company's products and services to assigned customers, leading the customer account planning cycle.
From 2019 to 2021, Abudho worked at Carlsberg Group as a Regional Manager for Eastern Africa. In this role, they were responsible for driving short-term performance and long-term strategy. Bryan provided direction, built capability, and led the team in field leadership. Bryan also collaborated effectively with peers and worked closely with the Business Development team to identify growth opportunities and drive category development.
Currently, Abudho holds the position of Head of Commercial & Growth - Kenya at Sabi, starting in October 2021. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, their main responsibilities include overseeing all revenue-related functions for the company and ensuring revenue performance.

Bryan Abudho completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from The Catholic University of Eastern Africa between 2007 and 2012. Bryan then pursued further education and obtained an Associate's degree in Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from Strathmore University in 2019. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in MSC Finance and Investments from the University of Nairobi between 2019 and 2021.
