Allen Mitchell has over a decade of experience in IT support, currently serving as Desktop Support at Saban Brands since June 2013. Previously, Allen worked at Best Buy from August 2002 to June 2013 as a Geek Squad CIA, where skills in technical assistance and customer service were honed. Allen is an alumnus of Santa Monica College, contributing a solid educational foundation to a successful career in technology support.
