Katja Filippenko

Katja Filippenko has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Currently, they are the Co-Founder and COO of Fashion For Biodiversity Solutions GmbH, a position they have held since 2022.

In 2021, they were involved with ProjectTogether as the Iniatorin @ Circular Futures, contributing to the development of a nationwide innovation program focused on circular economy and society.

Since 2019, they have served as the Co-Founder and CEO of Saatgutkonfetti BBS aka Seedconfetti, a company focused on sustainable solutions.

In 2022, Katja briefly worked as a Consultant at YachtingOne and as the Head of Impact & Ecosystem Development at Ammer Group AG.

Katja also held the position of Chief Of Staff at Trustody GmbH from January to March 2022.

Prior to that, they had a long tenure at SAP, where they held various roles including Senior Licensing Manager, DT & Business Coach, Sustainability Champion, SAP Consultant, Design Thinking and Business Coach, Social Sabbatical, and SAP Health Fellow, Design Thinking and Business Coach.

Katja also gained experience as a Global Licensing Working Student at SAP.

Katja's work experience also includes a role as an Expert Consultant at IPERF International Institute for Research Performance Management and Innovation Management e.V. from 2018 to 2019.

Additionally, they served as a Team Coach at VeniceBeach/Unternehmensgruppe Pfitzenmeier from 2016 to 2018 and worked in Partnerships & Finance at TEDxHeidelberg in 2016.

Katja Filippenko has a diverse educational background. Katja obtained an MBA Essentials degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Heidelberg University from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Katja also completed their undergraduate studies at Heidelberg University from 2007 to 2013, earning a Magister degree in International Law and Legal Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Katja has obtained several certifications. Katja completed a course in Change Management from Alison - Free Online Learning in July 2018. In January 2016, they received education in mediation, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unspecified.

Furthermore, Katja participated in an Erasmus Academic Exchange program at Leiden University from 2009 to 2010. During this period, they studied various subjects, including EU Law, PIL, IHL, Migration Law, Comparative Criminal Justice in the US, and Aerospace Law.
