Panu Hetemäki possesses extensive experience in customer service and back office operations, currently serving as a Back Office Specialist at ³§Ã¤Ã¤²õ³Ùö±è²¹²Ô°ì°ì¾±°ù²â³ó³¾Ã¤ since April 2018. Previously, Panu held the position of Customer Advisor at Accountor Finago Oy from May 2017 to April 2018 and worked as a Customer Service Representative at Coor from June 2013 to May 2017, where responsibilities included lobby service, access control, invoicing, and property management. Panu is pursuing a Master's degree in Information Technology at the University of Jyväskylä, with studies expected to conclude in May 2025, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, earned in 2018.
