Juri Mattila is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in board governance and research within the fields of digital economy and technology. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Governors at Savings Banks Union since March 2021 and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Lammin Säästöpankki since January 2018, Juri Mattila is also a Senior Research Scientist at VTT, specializing in data-intensive economy, digital technologies, and data strategy. Previous roles include researching digital platform architectures and blockchain systems at ETLA – The Research Institute of the Finnish Economy, and part-time research positions at Aalto University.
