Shirley Patrick

Manager - CRO & Growth Marketing at Saas Labs

Shirley Patrick has a wealth of experience in UX research, CRO, and graphic design. Shirley began their career in 2014 as a Creative Designer and Junior Graphic Designer at Ad2Pro Media Solutions Private Limited (2adpro). In 2016, they joined Kissflow as a Marketing UX Researcher and Senior Graphic Designer. Here, they conducted website analysis, created and optimized landing pages, and improved website usability. Shirley also worked on rebranding the company's merchandise and other brand-related items. In 2022, they moved to SaaS Labs as Design Lead - UX & CRO and also worked as a UX Researcher/CRO Mentor at adplist.org. As a mentor, they provided great insight into their research process and walked others through one of their case studies.

Shirley Patrick's education history includes a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Stella Maris College from 2010 to 2013, and a Senior Secondary Certificate (SSC) from St. Bridget's Convent, Colombo 07, from 1996 to 2008. Shirley also has several certifications, including a Digital Psychology Specialist (Minidegree) from CXL obtained in April 2022, a Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google obtained in January 2022, a Growth-Driven Design Certification Course from HubSpot obtained in January 2022, a Web Design for Usability certification from The Interaction Design Foundation obtained in December 2019, a Mobile User Experience Design certification from The Interaction Design Foundation obtained in November 2019, a Psychology of E-Commerce: How to Sell Online certification from Interaction Design Foundation obtained in June 2019, and a Human-Computer Interaction - HCI certification from The Interaction Design Foundation (in progress). Additionally, they are currently enrolled in a Professional Education, User Experience, Web Design Usability, and Psychology course from The Interaction Design Foundation.
