Shahab Akhter Malik is an experienced project manager currently serving as Project Manager at Saahas since November 2018 and Project Head at SWACA since March 2018, focusing on skill development programs for minority youth in District Gonda. Prior experience includes roles as Manager Operations and Center Manager at Kirandermasurge, contributing to public and private healthcare initiatives, and Project Manager at Kamla Charitable Trust, where efforts were directed towards improving living conditions for underprivileged mothers and children. Shahab also worked as Data Manager and team leader at Marvel Group, managing graphic design and marketing materials. Educationally, Shahab holds a Master's in Development from Azim Premji University and an SSC from Jawahar Navodaya Vidhalaya.
