Michael Åslund has extensive experience in real estate and facility management. Michael currently serves as the Vice President and Head of Group Property at Saab, where they are responsible for the global management of the company's real estate and facilities. Prior to joining Saab, Åslund founded and served as the CEO of CREFM Advice AB. Michael also held the position of Vice President and Head of Group Real Estate at Telia Company, where they were responsible for overseeing all real estate, workplace, and facility management operations globally. Åslund has also held leadership roles in corporate real estate and facility management at Fortum, Fortum Power and Heat AB, Birka Energi, SL Fastigheter AB, Reinhold Storstaden Förvaltning AB, and Meta Fastighetsmanagement AB. Michael'sexperience includes managing large real estate portfolios, developing strategies, and implementing policies and processes.

Michael Ã…slund obtained a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Economics and contracting from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 1980 to 1984. In 2009, they completed the Senior Executive Programme in Leadership at the London Business School.
