Rebecca Tse has extensive experience in marketing and management roles. Rebecca currently holds the position of Vice President Marketing at Sa Sa International Holdings Limited since June 2022. Prior to this, Rebecca served as the General Manager Marketing at YATA Department Store for over 14 years, where they successfully rebranded and transformed the store. Rebecca led a team of 20+ staff and was responsible for sales promotions, advertising, CRM, design, and visual merchandising. Rebecca also played a crucial role in crisis management and handled media relations during social issues, the Covid-19 pandemic, and food-related matters. Additionally, they managed various awards-winning projects and campaigns, including the creation of YATA Shopping Day and the organization of unique events. Before their time at YATA, Rebecca worked as the Deputy Promotion Manager at Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency Limited (apm mall) for seven years. During this time, they played a key role in rebranding the mall and organizing innovative events and activities.
Rebecca Tse obtained a Bachelor's degree in Government and Public Administration from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, which they completed between 1995 and 1998. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at City University of Hong Kong, from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Rebecca Tse also received a certification in Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in July 2022.
